cg.murray Re: FAUST Faust (Rare 1971 UK 3-track Clear Vinyl LP, pressed in
Germany for the UK market, the debut album by the legendary
Krautrock group, housed in a transparent PVC picture sleeve with an
X-ray of a human fist silkscreen printed upon it & a transparent plastic
lyric insert sheet printed in red. The PVC sleeve has a small seam split
along the side edge with some age discolouration to the PVC and disc
[this unusual sleeve/vinyl pressing often shows discolouration
fifty-four years on]. Overall, it's held up remarkably well with little
wear, the vinyl is Excellent with light signs of play only. A wonderful
copy in much better condition than usually found these days!) View this product

& white 'two virgins' label, originally sold at 49 pence as a
marketing gimmick, leading to 50,000 copies being shifted in
the UK, introducing an unsuspecting audience to the
avant-rock of Faust! The sleeve displays Bridget Riley's
artwork 'Crest' & shows some light wear with a little foxing.
The vinyl is clean & grades VG+/EX- with only a few minor
