<I>Therapy At The Club</I> is the sophomore album from
FLO, the trio of Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma and Jorja
Douglas leading a modern revival of the British girl group at a
scale not seen since the Spice Girls, including the
highest-selling tour by a British girl group in over two
decades and the first Grammy nomination for a British girl
group in twenty years. The album reimagines the club as
more than a nightlife setting, framing it instead as a space of
release and self-possession, tracing a night out from
pre-game mirror affirmations through to the clarity of the
morning after. Sonically, the record leans into darker, more
euphoric R&B and pop, led by single "Leak It," and continues
the vocal-harmony-driven sound and diaristic songwriting
