Deep Blue Vinyl</b></span>. <I>Ataraxia</I> is the
sophomore album from Swedish progressive metalcore band
Allt, following their 2024 debut <I>From The New World</I>,
a record built around a fictional post-apocalyptic exploration
of societal collapse and survival. Where that debut worked
through fiction, <I>Ataraxia</I> is grounded directly in the
band's own lived experience,personal tragedy, relationships,
exhaustion and clarity, framing the album's title as a state of
stillness that's approached and inhabited only briefly before
it's lost again. Musically, the record continues Allt's
progressive metalcore sound while placing greater emphasis
on emotional space and restraint, setting the band's
aggression in direct dialogue with vulnerability. The album
was mixed and mastered by Buster Odeholm, known for his
work with Humanity's Last Breath and Vildhjarta. Formed in
2020 in Karlskoga, Sweden, Allt take their name from the
Swedish word for "everything," reflecting a stated intent to
