This 'fourth' issue has reprinted labels removing the Peter Grant credit & with Kinney Music / Superhype Music publishing credits. It was the penultimate plum & red design.
Stamped matrix with hand etchings:

2 4 0 1 0 1 2 B//4 PORKY
Condition
The sleeve shows just a little light shelfwear with a bit of edge scuffing, but nothing to excess.
The inner has a split along half of the bottom of the inner with all the text legible.
The vinyl has few signs of play to both sides in general, however there is a noticeable mark on the A side causing moderate to loud clicks to The Battle Of Evermore and Stairway To Heaven, which intrude on the quiter opening and then disappear as it gets going.
