Released in 1970 <I>Fun House</I> is nothing lessthan a
feral howl from the core of <B>Iggy Pop and The
Stooges</B>. While their John Cale-produced debut
introduced the group's raw, stripped-back proto-punk, it only
hinted at the chaos of their live presence. For their second
album, theband brought in Don Gallucci (ex-Kingsmen), who
drenched the sessions in a swampy, visceral atmosphere that
captured the menace, volatility, and primal energy that
defined The Stooges on stage. The result is one of the most
uncompromising and influential records of its era - a murky,
explosive collision of rock and free-form noise that feels both
