Dolly Parton kicks off LP1 with the iconic ‘Jolene’, then over to John Denver’s platinum single ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’. The journey continues with ‘70s chart smashes from Glen Campbell, The Bellamy Brothers, and #1s from Dr Hook and Kenny Rogers. The side closes with classics from Bobbie Gentry and Crystal Gayle before Shania Twain’s Grammy-nominated ‘You’re Still The One’. Over on Side 2, Lady Antebellum’s massive track ‘Need You Now’ opens and is followed by stellar vocals from Lee Ann Womack and Trisha Yearwood, and includes songs that were as equally huge as pop hits, as they were in these country versions, including ‘The Wind Beneath My Wings’, ‘I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing’, and the LP is all wrapped up by Lonestar with their enduring radio smash ‘Amazed (Captain Mix)’.
