Produced by Steve Lillywhite, the result is an album that
bubbles with inventive arrangements, diverse
instrumentation, and richly textured grooves. From the
satirical anthem <I>(Nothing But) Flowers</I> and the
propulsive <I>Blind</I> to the brass-infused <I>Mr.
Jones</I> and the haunting closer <I>Cool Water</I>,
<I>Naked</I> finds the band embracing maturity without
sacrificing creativity. The interplay of brass, woodwinds,
French piano, and twangy guitar textures makes this one of
