SAINT STEVEN Saint Steven (Scarce 1969 UK 11-track vinyl LP, the brainchild of original Ultimate Spinach member Steven Cataldo, the album is split into 2 parts: 'Over The Hills' & 'The Bastich', and is a fine example of the psychedelic 'Boss Town' sound of 1969, emerging from Boston as a serious contender to the San Francisco Sound which was then dominant and was conceived and recorded against the backdrop of social and political unrest of America in the late 1960s. The front laminated flipback sleeve shows some light general wear to the corners, flipbacks and the opening edge. The vinyl shows a few cosmetic scuffs, none of which can be felt to the touch and some surface noise is to be expected but nothing that would massively impact a seamless play.
