Originally released in 1985, Stella marked a creative turning point for Swiss electronic innovators Boris Blank and Dieter Meier. Moving beyond their earlier experimental style, the duo embraced a refined, melodic sensibilityblending lush electronic textures, rhythmic precision, and Meier's unmistakable vocal presence. The album features the worldwide hit "Oh Yeah" - immortalised in Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Secret of My Success - alongside the sultry "Desire" and the hypnotic "Vicious Games."
