MICHAEL JACKSON Invincible (Picture Disc Edition 2018 UK/EU 16-track double album 2-LP. At an estimated $30 million, Invincible remains the most expensive album ever made, more than double the cost of any other record in history.Michael Jackson booked out entire studio floors for months at a stretch, recorded over 50 songs across four years, and whittled the sprawling sessions down to the final sixteen tracks, featuring guest appearances from Carlos Santana, Slash and a posthumous verse from The Notorious B.I.G. Despite a bitter dispute with Sony, the album still sold over eight million copies worldwide, and "You Rock My World" became Jackson's final US Top 10 hit and final international number one during his lifetime. This edition marks the album's first-ever release on picture disc, using the cover colour variants originally seen across the album's CD release, housed in a clear gatefold display sleeve with title-printed insert, factory sealed.
