HMV unbanded coloured stmap label stereo double vinyl LP
set. a collection of great voices from the golden age of opera
recording, including Maria Callas, Elisabeth Schwarzkopf,
BirgitNilsson, Mirella Freni, Christa Ludwig, Victoria De Los
Angeles, Renaa Scotto, Tito Gobbi, Nicolai Gedda, Boris
Christoff and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau. The arias performed
include most of the great works from the standard repertoire
by Mozart,Verdi, Wagner, Mussorgsky, Berlioz,
Rimsky-Korsakov, Beethoven, Rossini, Bellini, Strauss and
Puccini. Thiese records wrre orginally sold individually, but
now that we have both it seems a shame to separate them.
Two front laminated flipback picture sleeves with extensive
liner notes. The sleeves have few signs of wear, whilst the
both vinyl records are "Near Mint" SEOM2/3).
