FRANK ZAPPA Signed Contract for the Capitol Theater Shows (Unique
1974 US contract for the two shows performed at the Capitol Theater
in Portchester New York on 10th November 1974, for which the band
members are listed as being FZ, George Duke, Chester Thompson,
Nepolian Brock & Tom Fowler. Interesting spelling of Napoleon but
without being able to ask him directly that may indeed be the correct
spelling. The contract is attached to a nine page rider that had been
amended and signedby FZ at the amendment with the rider being
signed as agreed to & accepted by an authorised signatory of
DiCeasar-Engler Productions [the promoter] & by Frank Zappa on
behalf of Intercontinental Absurdities Ltd, this has also been signed on
the front contract page in the same way & initialled by FZ as having
received the deposit of $5,000.00 on Oct 4th 1974 in the top right
corner. A true one-of-a-kind that is a fantastic piece of FZ history!).
