The pressing of 'The Rolling Stones' is in fact the second 1964 issue with the stamped matrix number XARL-6272-4A on Side 2 indicating that it plays the full 4:06s version of 'Tell Me'. Also 'Mona' is shown as 'I Need You Baby' on both sleeve and labels.
The sleeves generally remain in excellent shape. The debut album naturally shows most wear with some creasing and instances of laminate lift to the corners, and a small tear on the reverse. However, the edges remain free from scuffing and the spine is intact with clearly legible print. Condition improves as we go through the titles with only light shelfwear evident at worst.
All have spindle marks on the labels to show they have been well played, however there are no major defects. The vinyl on 'Aftermath' and 'Between The Buttons' would grade between excellent and near mint.
