The labels are pale blue in colour, they have clear print and negligible spindle wear, indicating very little play.
The versions of the 30 tracks featured on this album are unavailable on any other album (with the exception of the 1979 2nd issue)
The vinyl is in superb condition, retaining a glorious shine. The word 'STERLING' is machine stamped into the run out groove, the catalogue number is handscratched into the run out groove also.
The all important picture sleeve is rear pasted in design and made of thick card stock. The front of the sleeve features an orange toned picture of the band performing on 'The Rock N Roll Circus'. The rear of the sleeve is white with orange titles, tracklisting and 'Not For Sale Or Air Play' text.
On close inspection, the sleeve exhibits minor evidence of the beginnings of ringwear and the left hand side corners have been slightly 'pushed', however US sleeves from this period were manufactured from very low grade thick card and were prone to sleeve splits, a defect that this copy has lucklily avoided. In fact the edges are all strong without shelfwear. It is obvious that this record has been carefully stored for more than three decades and is now ready for a new home.
Fewer than 50 copies of this album are thought to exist so finding one in any condition would be an achievement, however to find another one in this remarkable condition would be near impossible.
