PRINCE Gett Off (Rare 1991 US one-sided promotional-only
vinyl 12", issued exclusively to DJ's & as a giveaway by Prince
himself to close family & friends on June 7th, 1991 for the
occasion of his 33rd Birthday. There were no plans to release the
single commercially or to even include it on Diamonds & Pearls
but the reaction was so positive it became the album's lead off
single. However, this is the only place to find this special 'damn
near 10min' extendedmix, which clocks in at 9:16. Housed in a
custom picture sleeve with no print on the reverse. This example
remains in the original open shrink, therefore the sleeve displays
minimal wear, and the vinyl remains in a 'near as new' condition.
