THE SMITHS This Charming Man (Extremely rare withdrawn 1983 UK 2-track 1st issue Rough Trade 7" vinyl single, also includes the Troy Tate-produced Jeane. This issue was withdrawn due to the fact that the original Rough Trade label logo used bore a striking resemblance to the 'Capitol Records' logo and it was subsequently ditched with very few copies surviving. This also has the 'Glad Hips Music Limited' credit on the reverse which was removed from later pressings A scarce and very rarely seen item - a must have item for any fan! RT136)

THE SMITHS This Charming Man 7" Acetate (Ultra rare UK ultra high-grade methyl cellulose metal based lacquer reference double sided test pressing acetate for the 7" single cut into a 45RPM 10" disc, for the 1992 reissue on WEA. The b-side mixo f Jeanne was found to have been mastered incorrectly with the wrong mix and as a consequence the playing side was altered intentionally to prevent play and any possible production. Hand written studio labels detailing titles and track lengths.
