Recorded at theEdmonton Folk Music Festival on 9 August
2002, <I>Epilogue: Live At The Edmonton Folk Music
Festival</I> documents Warren Zevon's final concert and is
issued here for the first time on vinyl. The performance
features Zevon on guitar, harmonicaand piano, joined by
longtime band member and friend Matt Cartsonis, whose
contributions on guitar, dulcimer, fiddle and harmonies shape
the set throughout. Across the performance, Zevon and
Cartsonis move through key songs including <I>Lawyers,
Guns And Money, Werewolves Of London, Poor Poor Pitiful
Me</I> and <I>Play It All Night Long</I>, alongside <I>Dirty
Life And Times</I>, noted here as a song Zevon only ever
played live twice. The set also includes a reading of Joni
Mitchell's <I>A Case Of You</I> and the traditional
<I>Canadee-i-o</I>. The audio has been mastered and
restored by multiple Grammy-winning engineer Michael
Graves and Jordan McLeod of Osiris Studio with Matt
Cartsonis. Cartsonis also adds poignant liner notes about the
performance, and insight into his musical relationship and
friendship with Zevon. Presented inside a gatefold picture
