ELLIOTT SMITH From a Basement On a Hill (2015 UK 15-track double LP, housed in a gatefold picture sleeve. Originally released in 2004, this posthumous album marked a powerful and bittersweet moment in Elliott Smith’s career, completed after his passing and released a year later. It beautifully bridges the lush, expansive production of Figure 8 and XO with the stripped-back intimacy of his early work, showcasing some of his most affecting songwriting. Highlights include King’s Crossing, Pretty (Ugly Before), Twilight, A Fond Farewell, and Shooting Star. Although not sealed, both the sleeve and vinyl remain in near mint condition WIGLP147).
