Cheaper Than Cheep finally makes its long-awaited
debut in this definitive Super Deluxe Edition,
capturing an intimate andhistoric moment from Frank
Zappa and The Mothers in 1974. Originally conceived as
a made-for-TV concert special, the performance was filmed in
the band's private rehearsal hall, complete with full touring
light rig and stage gear. Technical issues at the time shelved
the production - until now. Lovingly restored from the original
audio and video masters, this set presents the complete
2-hour concert program, never-before-seen or heard, and
newly mixed in Dolby Atmos, 5.1 Surround, and
high-resolution stereo. Zappa aficionados will recognise
this as one of the most up-close and revealing documents of
the 1974 Mothers lineup, with material spanning classic
instrumental workouts, deep cuts, and irreverent satire.

includes the full performance on 180-gram black vinyl
(3LP), 2CDs, and a Blu-ray featuring the restored video,
all housed in a deluxe telescoping slipcase with a
comprehensive booklet packed with unseen photos and new
