In celebration of Motörhead's 50th anniversary, The Manticore Tapes unearths the band's long-lost first-ever studio recordings, captured in 1976 at Emerson, Lake & Palmer's Manticore Studio in Fulham. This historic session marked the debut of the legendary line-up: Lemmy, "Fast" Eddie Clarke and Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor. This super deluxe bookpack edition includes the complete Manticore Tapes recordings, an extra bonus LP featuring the classic 1977 live set Blitzkrieg on Birmingham, and an exclusive 7" single with two previously unreleased tracks recorded live at Barbarella's in Birmingham, 1977. Also includes a 24-page booklet featuring rare photos and new liner notes from longtime Motörhead associate Kris Needs. Hype stickers & factory sealed. Recommended).
