is the legendary live album from English progressive rock
innovatorsEmerson, Lake & Palmer. Capturing their
electrifying performance at <B>Newcastle City Hall on 26th
March 1971</B>, the album transforms Mussorgsky's
classical suite into a thunderous prog-rock epic. From the
majestic fanfare of "Promenade" tothe sinister drama of
"The Hut of Baba Yaga" and the rousing finale of "The Great
Gates of Kiev," this is ELP at their peak - audacious, virtuosic,
and gloriously over the top. The album reached #3 on the UK
Albums Chart and remains one of the band's most iconic
recordings. This 2025 reissue features the 2016 remastered
