The album features a barrage of short, savage tracks inspired by real-life serial killers, including provocatively titled songs such as Is It Soup Yet? /Daniel Rakowitz, Gacy’s Lot / John Wayne Gacy and What’s That Smell? / Jeffrey Dahmer, making this one of the band’s most notorious and sought-after releases. Housed in a matte picture sleeve that cleverly parodies the iconic Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band artwork, replacing the famous celebrities with a grim roll call of notorious murderers — a sleeve that has become legendary in extreme metal circles. The sleeve displays the early stages of a seam split along the top edge, along with some light shelfwear elsewhere, consistent with age.
