songwriters of his generation (he wrote "Fever", "Great Balls of Fire",
Elvis' "Don't Be Cruel", "All ShookUp" & "Return to Sender" to name a
few!) but his name remains largely unknown outside of the US. The
picture sleeve shows just a small price sticker tear on the front & the
