Queen El Juego - The Game - RED VINYL Ecuador vinyl LP album (LP record)
|
Tracklisting / Additional Info: |
The labels are the familiar cream with orange/red EMI logo to the left. The titles are in Spanish with English titles underneath.
The vinyl, unlike most South American albums, is in incredible condition with no obvious visual surface marks or scratches. This is almost unheard of on a twenty five year old album from South America. The album plays without skipping, jumping or sticking. One unusual mastering peculiarity is that the last track on side two, "Save Me", has been mastered at the wrong speed and sounds very strange indeed.
The front laminated picture sleeve is poorly made from materials of lesser quality than that of UK sleeves and therefore exhibits some light creasing & some ringwear to the back. The sleeve remains intact & unsplit with just some scuffing to the exposed spine & corners. The rear of the sleeve has the tracks listed in both English then Spanish. There is a name written neatly in blue ballpoint in the top left corner of the back of the sleeve.
This legendary album has only recently had its existence confirmed. As so few copies were pressed it remained, much like the Coelocanth, presumed extinct. There would have been no more than a couple of hundred copies manufactured in 1981 and since that is now over twenty five years ago, it begs the question; "How many have survived?"
This copy is by no means mint by UK/US standards but the vinyl is visually an amazing EX+/NM & the sleeve VG-. This is only the second copy that we have ever seen, so miss it at your peril!
