1. We generally want to buy any of the items on our Most Wanted list at the prices stated provided they are in mint condition. We may sometimes offer a reduced price if you have a large quantity of any one item and wish to sell them as a lot. The price offered will reflect the quantity you have and our own stock holding.
2. We will only buy items that are in at least excellent condition and we prefer items that are mint! Therefore, we generally do not require items that have any of the following defects: Scratches, sleeve tears or creases, handwriting on labels or covers, sellotape repairs or damaged or split spines of covers. If you are unsure please feel free to call us to discuss before sending. In some cases we will accept an item with minor defects if it is genuinely rare, although the price we reflect the lower condition. We reserve the right to return any unwanted, unsolicited, damaged or counterfeit items sent to us.
3. We pay immediately! Payment will be despatched to you within 24 hours from receipt of your items. When sending items through the mail please ensure you keep proof of posting and use only the strongest packaging. We can supply and advise on packaging. If sending items from overseas please value the package according to the offer made. Should the parcel be lost in transit, the mail service will only reimburse the offer price and not their "collectable" value. If in doubt as to which service to use, please ask us for advice. You are welcome to deliver items in person by appointment.
4. All prices quoted are in UK ' sterling. If you prefer to trade against items we have we will offer a higher value as store credit. This is not transferable to cash and will be of higher value than a cash/monetary offer.
