T-REX The Slider - 40th Anniversary (2012 UK deluxe limited edition box set, remastered by Tony Visconti, originally released in July 1972, includes 2-CD's/1-DVD /LP & 3-7" singles. On the accompanying DVD, Tony Visconti recalls the making of the album in an exclusive new 105-minute interview with Bolan biographer Mark Paytress, along with TV footage and much more, along with a 48-page hardback coffee-table book featuring a special essay by Tony Visconti. The LP is pressed on 180gram vinyl and features the original album, along with the two spin-off singles and a repro of the hugely collectable promo-only Chariot Choogle 45, all in facsimile T. Rex Wax Co paper sleeves, 40 page book of sheet music, Poster and reproductions of memorabilia and ephemera, all housed within an individually numbered sturdy 12" square picture box. Although not sealed, this example remains in a near mint condition with the contents insert still attached to the back!)
