BILL EVANS & JIM HALL Undercurrent (Rare 1962 US first issue of the classic 6-track mono LP on the 'bendy sax player' label, that sees the almost telepathic relationship between the guitar of Jim Hall & the Piano of Bill Evans take root and grow, textured pasted gatefold picture sleeve with the classic Toni Frissell picture from 1947 as the cover art. The sleeve shows a lot less shelfwear than is usual for this design, with just a little edge scuffing & minimal general shelfwear/discolouration - still with the red/gold import sticker to front. The vinyl is graded Very Good with light hairlines throughout - some very light pops can be detected in the quieter passages, mainly to My Funny Valentine. Not Mint, but a decent play copy - the first copy we've seen in over twelve years! UAJ14003).
