so no more top of the pops but does anyone really care?
i personally feel that they'd lost the plot over the past few years [good old andi peters - have you heard the peters/barlow story? and i don't mean ken!] and failed to understand what people really wanted.
if the kids want a music fix they are more interested in watching 24 hour video channels [or smoking them jamaican woodbines in their shellsuits]. so why didn't they lose the idiot muppet presenters, chav crowd and miming acts. target a more mature audience with some live performances [a sort of old grey whistle test / white room love child]. or how about bringing back TOTP2 as TOTP.... | [reply to this topic] |
