1957 Playboy Jazz Poll Allstars
Record and cover in very good shape. I was thrilled to have finally been able to replaced the original record I purchased from Playboy in 1958. The recording of "Pilgram's Progress" on this album by Dave Brubeck is the only recording of it. It was never put on any other album. It was written for Jane Pilgrim the first Playboy playmate. It is a classic. I asked Dave Brubeck at a concert at the University of Pittsburgh if he would play it. He just laughed and said "Wow...you must really be a fan" He didn't play it so if anyone wants to hear it you have to play this album.		[reply to this topic]
