I purchased this book at 00.30hrs on Tuesday 18th January, paying for 1st class postage. I received confirmation on 20th that the book had been despatched. Today I received 2 emails. The eil.com email confirmed the book had been despatched on 20th yet the email from 991 stated the book was despatched on 22nd, some 5 days after I paid for it!
Paying 1st class postage rates (£16.50) I fully expect a 1st class service and that would be next day delivery for 90% of all post. As yet I have not received my book although I am expecting Parcelforce to redeliver a parcel they first tried delivering on Monday this week, but even that was 6 days after I paid for the 1st clss postage.
Please can you confirm why you charge for 1st class postage but then don't deliver. | [reply to this topic] |
