| | Review: I must admit, Katie's previous records were a bit too sweet for me. But having seen here perform live on North Sea Jazz 2010 made me an instant fan. So I awaited the vinyl release of the latest album impatiently. And I'm not disappointed. It peaks early with the funny love song 'I'd love to kill you' straight into 'The Flood'. A dark, beautiful atmospheric song. After this peak, there are some lesser moments, but overall: wonderful. It ends with 'The House' another super song. Sound is reference quality. And you get the CD version thrown in as an extra (for in the car....)
