Crystal Maze Streatham, London UNITED KINGDOM Created Mon 24th Apr '06 12:43 (GMT)Review: Just got this from eil.com Overall is pretty good. In some ways a little dissappointing because is more of the same sort of stuff as his last two albums, this is pretty much instrumental and a lot of slower laidback stuff which i find a bit more boring compared to his earlier stuff! Still pretty good though with a few new style good tracks included. No vocals until some interesting backing vocals on the last track![reply to this topic ]

Crystal Maze Streatham, London UNITED KINGDOM Created Thu 13th Apr '06 15:39 (GMT) Edited Thu 13th Apr '06 15:39 (GMT)Review: This is so innovative, and created before he was famous, new sounds never heard before. This album and the 'not of this earth' were the introduction to a new breed of guitar sounds, the likes of which completely helped people like steve vai to be so different!!![reply to this topic ]

Crystal Maze Streatham, London UNITED KINGDOM Created Tue 11th Apr '06 11:59 (GMT) Edited Tue 11th Apr '06 11:59 (GMT)Review: The shear versatility, and feeling combined with this guys awesome technical ability makes this one of the very best guitar based albums ever created!!! His early stuff like surfing with the alien was amazing and innovative and so is this one especially bearing in mind that a lot of similar sounding stuff is influenced by him!!! Such an easy 10/10.[reply to this topic ]
