It displays a full band picture photo taken during the filming of 'The Miracle' video in 1989, with four young Queen lookalikes (including athen unknown Ross McCall) who performed a Queen-style stage show in the vid! It is fully AUTOGRAPHED by Brian, John, Freddie, & Roger in blue ink and features an interview with Brian May [originally for the Decemberissue of Guitarist] from the magazine on the reverse.
