Embroidered on the left breast is the 'feather man'image and issued to promote the 'Playing The Angel' album. This extremely rare pressing is housed in a plain white sleeve. The run-in groove has a small piece of the 'lacquer' missing and the metal plate is exposed; although this doesn't affect the playability of the item [acetates were not intended for repeat
