The Labels:
Black and Yellow Parlophone design with "The Gramophone Co Ltd" and "Sold In UK Subject To" text, with 'KT' tax code. Sharp, vivid silver text with a degree of spindle marks by the centre hole.

Condition:
The Vinyl:
This is the original 'unbanded' disc. The vinyl shows a fair degree of play & the occasional light hairline scuff but none deep enough to interfere with play. Upon play testing we can confirm that, thanks to the quality of sixties vinyl, there is little lessening in sound quality on a mono playback setting, although a degree of surface noise should be expected.
The Inner:
The red & white psychedelic 'flame' inner has "Made in Great Britain, Patents Applied For" text, & is complete & shows only the usual light cosmetic blemishes with some distressing at the opening & a little area of discolouration.
The Cut-Outs:
Thick card style, unused & in very nice condition.
The Sleeve:
The Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated internal flipback gatefold sleeve is the rare 'wide spine' variant. The spine remains clearly readable. There is a degree of light shelfwear with some edge scuffing and minor laminate creasing in places but far less than is normally found.
Although not perfect, this is a very respectable copy of this hard to find issue at an advantageous price.
