Our Japanese distributor confirm it is still not in stock at the label (but not classed as deleted by the label) and until they receive a reprint, we won't receive the stock (we have no control over manufacturing and production I'm afraid). We confirm that we haven't taken payment for this item and we will keep trying to restock it. check out hmv.jp or amazon.jp,you will find this there.finally today june 11 2009, eil say that it is uavailable.the same applies to all japanese editions from eil.

We apologise again for the fact that our supplier in Japan has been unable to restock this album and you will see we have now changed the status of it on our site. As mentioned before, we have no control over production and it is quite likely that Japanese based sellers may indeed have copies of this in their warehouse - distributors do not carry holding stocks - they order direct from the manufacturer or label. I hope this clarifies why HMV's or Amazon's warehouse in Japan may have these when our distributor doesn't, in this case. As for other Japanese items and the implication we cannot stock any of them, all I can reasonably add here for the sake of anyone else reading this post is that we have been successfully importing thousands of titles from our distributor for nearly 20 years and there would be no economical reason that I can think of to list items we could not reasonably expect to supply. At the time of listing items on our site they are in production. i see from my orders that you have raised the price since the dec 2008 when i ordered this first, by €2.the fact is that as the exchange rates and the economic downturn have effected your costs and this is influencing your sales.you simply want more money for the item.anybody wishing to buy japanese editions goto cdjapan,amazon.jp or hmv.jp.better customer service better price and straight talking not spin.

Prices fluctuate several times a week depending on the worldwide exchange rates. We reserve the right at any point to adjust prices accordingly (and this is stated clearly elsewhere on our site and all the affiliate sites we work with) to allow for exchange rates: bear in mind the Japanese yen has lost 30% of it's value since December 2008. This is just one country that we purchase from, and pay for goods in a local currency. Please also note that no price is charged for this item as it is not in stock you can only add your name to the waiting list for it. sophie i should have been sent this item 3 to 4 weeks after i ordered this in dec 2008,as per info on your listing at that time.you consistently listed that it it would be delayed over a six month period without any explanation given and it is clear from your answer that it is to do with economic reasons.you say that i can have a copy of this "if you track one down".you should have said if you bother to.they are freely available on other more professionally minded sites and i would recommend that your customers use them.
it is quite a poor business practice to agree a price and then change it for any reason.this item is available for €14 to €17, on these japanese sites i have already mentioned, equivelent £20 sterling and you charge one third more just for the cd excluding postage.even with the postage added they are miles cheaper.

I can only apologise that we have not been able to obtain a copy of this CD for you, we have tried several times to order the CD from our suppliers. Should we have been able to re-stock the CD we would of course have honoured the price that was originally listed at the time your order was placed. However as the item is no longer available from our suppliers, the price may change should we be able to re-stock the item in the future.

With all due respect, I don't think there is anything else we can reasonably add here that is going to incite a positive outcome. We have been transparent and honest, and when we contacted you by phone, we were given the clear impression the situation was resolved. If you wish to contact us directly to address your issues further, that would be progress - but now I will say that our postings on this thread must come to a close. (Please consider too that if we did indeed have something to hide, were being underhand or dishonest, we could have removed your postings.
