promotional CD plus rare 'Made In heaven' menu for the press launch
at the Schloss Hotel, Lerbach . All housed in a fragile custom 14" x 10"
picture box custom 14" x 10" picture box, The inner lid has a 1" tear & scuffing to the box edges with
1" tear on the inner tray).
