The programme: The 4-page programme is A5 in size, printed in black and white. On the front page is a portrait shot of each band member with the fan club logo and address details. Inside the centre pages the programme details the events of the day,including 'Meet The Beatles' concluding with a half hour performance by the band at 4pm. The back cover has a full length shot of the band. The condition of the programme is near mint, with only a slight centre crease which is only visible under close scrutiny spoiling it's perfection. There are no rips, tears or writing on the programme whatsoever.
Other Items:
A facsimile signed letter from the band welcoming the member to the fan club and thanking them for their support in '63. The letter is on Beatles Fan Club headed paper and is in immaculate condition.
'The Beatles Sweater' A4 double sided advertising leaflet, sent only to fan club members offering them discounts on Beatles merchandise, in immaculate condition.
The Official Beatles Fan Club Newsletter detailing the Southern Area get together with all venue, time and date information and details on how to obtain tickets. At the bottom of this newsletter was a tear off strip for applying for 'Get Together', this has been removed, the letter is otherwise in immaculate condition.
An application form for tickets to the 'Public Dance' part of the day, to be held after the fan club 'Get Together' had finished. Printed on Beatles fan club headed paper, this too has the tear off strip removed and is in otherwise mint condition.
All the above items with the exception of the programme are in their original brown mailing envelope which is date stamped 9 Nov 1963.
