Tracklisting / Additional Info:
This was the one and only album by the young Irish progressive folk band. At the time it sold poorly but it has since become regarded as something of a Folk Rock classic, therefore copies are now highly sought after.
Released in April 1972, the single track 'Silversong' has since been covered by All About Eve and the entire album is seen as a vital and influential part of the late sixties/early seventies folk boom.
Most copies, when found at all, are nearly destroyed. You will be pleased to know that this copy is far from that !

Condition:

These matte sleeves are notorious for becoming discoloured and worn. They often exhibit some paper loss from historical stickers and various other defects, such as writing etc. This one does not.
For a cover that was never laminated, the condition is remarkable & still largely off white, with just the lightest spot of age foxing inside by the spine, of no consequence. The back cover shows a little ring wear & the edges remain fully intact with the lightest spot of scuffing, the spine clearly legible from top to bottom.

The labels remain clear & unblemished.

The vinyl has received a deep clean on a top of the line Matrix machine & has come up looking sparkling. The vinyl grades EX/EX- with merely a few faint paper hairlines visible under a bright light, which do not affect play.

By no means mint, this is still one of the best examples of this extreme UK rarity we have discovered so far & they do not come much better. Highly recommended.
