They describe the record label Vertigo whose early albums rarely surface in the music collecting marketplace.

As Richard Austin eil.com's specialist in 'Progressive, Psychedelic & Downright Weird' items exclaimed with delight: Vertigo signed a wide array of acts, which somehow seemed to relate to the vague notion of 'serious'. This included everything from prog-rock to singer/songwriter with alot of hardly hardly classifiable music in between.
