world of music collectors . The launch of their improved website sees
the UK based company dragging the music buyer into the next century.
Established in 1986
the company have grown to become a worldwide force with offices in the
UK, Japan and the U.S. plus suppliers around Europe, North America &
Australasia bringing together the most amazing catalogue of new, rare
& collectable vinyl, compact discs and music memorabilia spanning
six decades.
But even now they still haven't forgotten the reasons behind
their success...

selling a piece of plastic or vinyl. It's memories, emotions and the

These are the thoughts of CEO and co-founder of eil.com, Robert
Croydon and his enthusiasm spreads throughout the team located around
the world.

With over 200,000 individual titles available there's definitely
no shortage of choice and with hundreds of new arrivals daily there's
always something new. Now the company have entered the highly
aggressive market of chart product, and by selling the top CD albums at
only £9.99 each, they are a popular choice in a competitive
marketplace.
So what makes
eil.com different from the hundreds of other on-line music retailers
out there? We asked co-founder and director, Julian Thomas...
'We hire fellow music lovers in specialist areas for our
sales & buying teams. We want our staff to be excited while at
work and this attitude is welcomed by our customers. Where else can

alongside the latest release from Britney Spears? With our extensive
product range it's no wonder people from around the world return time
after time'.
The new design
site has taken months of research and customer feedback has taken a
major role in the redevelopment, although the company are always quick
to act on market changes and advancements in technology. One of the
most exciting additions is the introduction of the Chat Zone for music
collectors worldwide. Bringing together a community of music lovers
with similar interests, a place to ask questions, express opinions and
exchange information on any music related issue.
Gradually merging
the world known 'Esprit International Limited' name to the web
friendly eil.com brand has been a purposely slow process with the aim
not to confuse their already strong customer database of over 85,000.
Marketing Manager, Simon Wright, expressed the thoughts of the
company...
'It's taken over 14 years to build up our loyal customer
base, so we're not going to discard the majority of them now due to
the expansion of our web sales. During these exciting times we will
continue to progress, our aim is to become the one stop music shop for
the serious on-line shopper and the casual surfer. But for that
