To help you find what you're looking for, there is a search box located in the top bar throughout the site. Using the option buttons, you can search by artist, title or catalogue number. To make a more detailed search, click on the extended search link, also located on the top bar. Here you can customise your own product search and choose from artist, title, catalogue number or even format (such as CD, vinyl, boxsets...) You can also use our unique full discography service where you can request the next copy of any item we have EVER stocked. |

Once you have seen an item you wish to buy, just click on the add to basket button on the right hand side. You will the be given the option to carry on shopping or view the contents of your basket. |

You'll see this if an item is currently sold out. When you click on this button you will be asked to provide a few details - then we can notify you by email if the item becomes available (with NO obligation to buy it). |

Step 1 - confirm your address details, or login If you are a new customer click on the NEW ACCOUNT link to open a new account with us. This is a simple and easy to follow process. You will be asked for your e-mail address and a password and then will be taken to a screen to enter your address and contact details. Click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and you will then be taken to step 2. Existing customers can enter their e-mail address and password to access their account details and address details and then proceed to step 2 by clicking on:  If you have forgotten your password there is a link to request a reminder to be e-mailed directly to your inbox. This should be with you within seconds depending on your e-mail service provider. If you are an existing customer and your details are displayed on the page correctly you can continue to:: If you wish to amend your order at any time, click on:  Step 2 - Select Payment for your order. If you wish to pay by credit card you can add new card details or edit existing details, step 2 is where you select your payment method. click on the 'proceed button' once you have selected your payment method to move on to step 3 to confirm your order.  This will not confirm your order.You will still get an option to amend your order in step 3. Step 3 - Confirming your order Step 3 will display all of your details to confirm. If any of your details are incorrect you can go back to any step of the order process to alter your details. If you are happy with your order click on the confirm button to Confirm your order.  Your order has now been successfully transmitted to our sales team & you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly. Thank you for choosing eil.com !! For reference on the confirmation page you will see your order number. Please quote this on any correspondence (this information is also in the email confirmation subject) . You can track the status of your order at any time by going to the YOUR ACCOUNT option on the top toolbar and then selecting VIEW ORDER STATUS.
