How much do I need to spend before I can apply for finance?
We can only consider applications for finance on orders of £500 or over, excluding postage and packaging.
Who is eligible to apply for online finance?
Any UK resident, 18 years of age or older; and
anyone who is in permanent employment, retired or receiving a pension.
Proof of address and proof of signature will be required and goods must be purchased for consumer use, not business use.
Who would my finance actually be with?
Our credit is provided by Hitachi Capital (UK) Plc. Company number 1630491.

What is the APR?
We are offering interest bearing credit at 19.9% APR. Please call us for an accurate and personal quote
How quickly will my application be processed?
We will take all the details by phone and submit your application to Hitachi the same day. If approved by Hitachi, we will then immediately post you a simple credit agreement.
Once my application is approved, what happens next?
Once your application is approved and you have returned the credit agreement, there is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period. This is your ‘right to cancel’ period in case you change your mind. After this 14 day period has passed, we will despatch your order. Please note that you will need to sign for receipt of the goods and a courier service will be used for delivery.
If you decline/refuse my application, what is the reason?
This could either be because of adverse credit information, or because Hitachi may feel you are already fully committed. If finance is declined and you wish to appeal, we can tell you who to contact.
Can delivery be made to an address other than my home?
No, delivery must be made to the home address and signed for by the person on the credit agreement only.
Can I change my order in part or whole after applying for online finance?
No.
Are the goods I’ve ordered set aside for me until the approval process is complete?
Yes
