All orders include a full range of catalogues or artist lists to include all your collection interests. You may specify not to receive printed material with your order when completing your order information on this on-line shopping system.

As part of our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, we guarantee your goods will arrive and be undamaged or we will send replacements, refund your payment and/or compensate you. We therefore insure your orders as and when we think it is necessary without passing the cost on to you. However, because of the rare and collectable nature of the product we sell, we cannot always guarantee sending identical replacements and unfortunately, we couldn't afford to insure all our orders without passing on the cost to our customers.

Therefore if you want the extra peace of mind of making sure your order is insured, we can do this for you at the Optional rates listed for each region below. If you do insure your orders there is less likelihood of it going missing or being damaged because it is treated more carefully by the Post office.

Unusual sized items, such as awards and memorabilia, will be priced on a cost basis - please contact us for a quote.
