It says that the THE MAVERICKS Live At The Royal Albert Hall (2009 UK DVD) is a brand new product, but I wonder if it is a edited/shortened copy of the VHS release from 1999? The cassette had 25 songs on it while this DVD only 13. Doess this mean that there is additional features? And just for the record: the cassette was copy protected. | [reply to this topic] |

Thanks for your message and for correcting the information on our site. I can see now that the movie Over The Edge wasn't released until 1979 but unless you were to research this, to all intents, the single otherwise shows a year of release as 1977. Sorry for any confusion - we've now updated the info held.

Thanks for your posting. You don't say when you managed to track down those copies at the prices mentioned and you were obviously in the right place at the right time. No one could argue they really were a bargain at that price and they were infinitely less than we've paid for any copy, in our 22 year history! I can understand therefore why you may feel that our price is unrealistic by comparison, but I would add that we don't have a copy in stock and still have a waiting list of people looking for one in top condition. Top condition is the key: we come across these LPs every few months but not in the condition that we would be happy to put our name to and we end up buying, on average, one acceptable copy every two years. If you find any more bargain copies and wish to sell them to on, at a profit to yourself of course, then please get in touch again. | [reply to this topic] |

I only rated this one a 3 because on some of the remixes the music was off and did not mix well with Elvis voice. It was ok but i think Elvis music should be left alone to it's original sound. The earlier ones that was remixed like Rubberneckin and a Little Less Conservation were good maybe because the originals were fast but Elvis 50's ballards and Blue Suede Shoes, Hound Dog etc should not be messed with to me the music just did not fit the song or Elvis voice and it was way to over powering. I really can't recommend this to anyone unless you just want it for your collection but not to play all the time.
