Hi. I was the trumpet player with 100% Pure Poison in 1974 when we played a four weeks promotion tour
around the UK for an LP they released, and later moved back with them to their home base at Kaiserslatern,
Germany.
I have an original 1974 vinyl LP of 100% PURE POISON 'Coming Right At You' on the EMI international label
I also have rare 8"x10" photographs taken of the band in 1974 at the EMI photographic studio at London.
Is anyone interested in making me an offer ?

If my memory serves me correctly, Don was the organist with the Soul Agents, a Southampton-based band, whose sometime singer, Rod Stewart, enjoyed a measure of success. He was one of the most talented keyboard men of his time, certainly equal to Keith Emmerson or Graham Bond. His carreer was unfortunately interrupted by TB at a time when Rod and the Soul Agents were becoming established.
I believe that the first title on 'Temples' was originally called 'In the Pit of the Bleating Shaggoths', Don having been a great afficionado of HP Lovecraft, but the record company didn't like the name.
I wonder what became of him.

First class perfomance by today's UK jazzmen: one of the best I have ever heard by Art Themen (sax) and Guy Barker (trumpet). Stan T is his exuberant self as always, supporting & driving this wonderful small group.
