Brilliant blues man. Unfortunately his career was cut short as he died of leukaemia. I already have a single and an EP of this guy. When I was a teenager I thought he was way ahead of his time. I was so chuffed when EIL e-mailed me about the single. When I asked about the price they reduced it by 10% so I just had to buy it. ...but.. the photo of this item have the gold logo on the entire top of the backing card, not in the top-left corner...
? I don't understand....

Just got my copy today & been listening to it a few times... MOST defo - Neil's & Elton's vocals are on it, espec. on the 7" mix, but, erm... on the 'Club Mix' they sound as if they have both swallowed a very expensive vocoder (spooky!), it's a sort of sore throat-ish/retro rock 'n' roll-ish/electro-ish rollercoaster sound laced with that typical & infectious Tomcraft/Crichton beat thruout, very peculiar, hip... & cool at the same time. Having heard this album I can recommend this to all fans of the band, they are back on form. This beats the 2007 album 'United Abominations' & 2004's 'The System Has Failed' hands down, although it will take a lot to beat 'Rust In Peace' - the sound quality is so much better than that of Metallica's 'Death Magnetic'! | [reply to this topic] |

I have a copy of this poster, obviously a repro, but would like to know more about origins. It is double-sided, with Isle of Wight festival poster on reverse. Tiny print on border on festival side says, "Fiery Reproductions". Nice example and obviously has some age. Looks authentic and ideal for framing. Would love to know more where they came from.
