kildwick Dartford, Kent UNITED KINGDOM Created Wed 27th Jun '07 22:30 (GMT) | | The Who - Who's Next I have a good copy of this album unfortunately has 3 scratch marks but I do not know if this affects the playing at all. cover very good. | [reply to this topic] |
 | | | | | Re: THE WHO Who's Next (Rare classic 1971 UK first issue 9-track stereo
vinyl LP on Track, housed in a matt picture sleeve with pinched spine
& Polydor 'Head Hunters' inner. The sleeve reveals just a couple of
light creases but is otherwise in superb condition & the vinyl is in
excellent condition with only a few light scuffs and spindle marks on
the labels to show for being over 40 years old. The stereo sound of
this original pressing is so rich and textured that none of the later
issuescompare!) View this product

mole UNITED KINGDOM Created Tue 18th Jul '06 17:16 (GMT) | | What's wrong with this picture?! OK, nice box, packaging etc! But where oh where is 'Anyway Anyhow Anywhere' b/w 'Daddy Rolling Stone'? HOW did this get excluded? Surely one of the most important and groundbreaking Who singles (famously rejected by US Decca as 'faulty' because of the feedback and guitar effects - IDIOTS!!!!), I just don't understand.....any theories? | [reply to this topic] |

matt UNITED KINGDOM Created Thu 25th May '06 16:03 (GMT) | | Wotta collection! It don't get much better than this! Look at those tracks - wotta line-up! Hit single after hit single, with a couple of great LP cuts thrown in for good measure! Also a timely release in the early 70s, serving as a reminder of how unnecessarily complex rock had become! Here're 14 simple 3 minute songs - just what the doctor ordered! | [reply to this topic] |
