Re: DEEP PURPLE In Rock (1970 first German issue mail order
7-track LP on Harvest in association with Hör Zu magazine,
housed in a unique front laminated gatefold sleeve variant
with a white background on the front & complete with the
record company catalogue inner. The labels have 'HÖR ZU'
print across two lines indicating this is the first pressing. The
cover shows very little of its age or origin & the vinyl reveals
barely any signs of play [no spindle marks on the labels] with
justa couple of ultra faint paper hairlines to reveal past
handling. Very nice! SHZE288) View this product

Re: DEEP PURPLE Battle Of Deep Purple & Jimi Hendrix (Rare late 60s
Japanese white label promo sample 7-track LP which was one half of
the rare circular tin set. This scarce promotional copy comes in the
original plain white die-cut sleeve that it was issuedin. Naturally
enough, the white sleeve shows some marks & wear, but the vinyl is
superb & although played is in great unmarked condition - a nice copy
of this rarity! MP9369) View this product
johnbenton UNITED KINGDOM Created Tue 13th Mar '07 21:44 (GMT)Review: Mark II Singles - one of my favourite LP's I have the purple vinyl pressing of this, it's older than me (just) and I love it. Not often played and the disc is in great condition. When a Blind Man Cries makes me wanna cry, and i can see just fine thankfully. I can't remember where I bought it, but the owning of such a disc makes me very proud. Wouldn't ever get rid of it, but would love to know how much it's worth, just for the, erm, record.[reply to this topic ]
