Now on this disc I get to hear 2 Steppenwolf songs and can actually understand the lyrics clearly. Other great covers include The Amboy Dukes "Journey to the center of your mind." Great playing guys. They ruled. The opening track is a neat insrumental called Genesis. Speaking of which on disc 2 "Know Who You Are" sounds like a finished version vocals included. The more I hear the Play It Loud the better I like it. Whereas most other Slade material immediately knocked me out. In addidtion to the 2 early LPs you get 2 more bonus tracks including a version of "Get Down And Get With It" later to appear on Slade Alive. | [reply to this topic] |
